Processing time

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our United States warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• United States (standard): 3–6 business days
• Canada: 5–9 business days
• United Kingdom and Europe: 7–12 business days
• Rest of world: 10–16 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There's no minimum spend and no surprise charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we email you a tracking link, and you can also check the current status any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority. These charges are set by your government, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by us or included in your order total.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control, such as severe weather or customs backlogs. If your order is significantly overdue, email support.gamepulse@gmail.com and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
