If something isn't right, you have 30 days to request a refund. Here's how it works.

Your 30-day window
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refund amount
Approved refunds are issued at 75% of the item purchase price. A 25% processing fee is retained on every refund.
How to request a refund
Email support.wavebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the reason for your request. We will review it and confirm by email once your refund is approved.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our secure checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of approval, though your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
